Refund & Return Policy

At Mashaghal Hareer (مشغل حرير), every fabric is selected with care and produced to the highest quality standards. We kindly ask you to review the following policy before placing an order.

Returns – Unstitched Fabrics

  • Returns are accepted only for unstitched, unused, unwashed, and uncut fabrics.

  • The fabric must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom stitched outfits

  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or used

  • Orders made to custom measurements or special requests

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos of the item.

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after quality inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
